In-camera digital processing technology of pixels within the Charged Couple Device (CCD) of digital cameras is about to become a whole lot more exciting!

Pixel ratio technology about to be released into the general amateur photography market by Photo Shop Australia will result in the most incredible highly-detailed images ever shot by anyone in the history of photography.

Recent advancements by us in the realm of CCD technology is set to change the way you view not only your own planet, but the planets in our near universe!

Industrial photographic technology has advanced so much in Australia when compared to the rest of the world that a plug and play device designed and patented by www.PhotoShopAustralia.com called MaxiCCD® is about to be released worldwide. MaxiCCD® will turn any digital camera with a USB connection into a camera capable of capturing images at a resolution of 135,000 Mega-Pixels (Mp). That is 135 Giga-Pixels! With a resolution of 450,000 pixels by 300,000 pixels any old digital camera will be able to capture detailed images such as rocks the size of a baseball on the surface of Mars!

Less than ten years ago we all thought the release of the 1Mp camera was exciting. Well, we've now propelled that technology so high that everyone including you will be able to explore the night-sky universe from your own back yard with such clarity that you'll be able to see in extremely high-detail the surface traverses of the previously-unsighted river systems on planets in our nearest planetary solar system 4.4 light-years away!

Frames shot with our MaxiCCD® technology shown below give you a taste of what you can achieve with our technology. The first image clearly shows the twin eyes of a fly shot with our technology from a distance of 2,850km. We took our camera to Langtang National Park 40km north of Kathmandu in Nepal near the Chinese border and set it up on Mt Langtang Lirung where the elevation is 7426m. At the same time we also set up our test subject - the fly - in our office on the 112th floor of the No 1 Petronas Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is what we captured with our MaxiCCD® technology when shooting the fly from our camera set up on the summit of Mt Langtang Lirung, Nepal and shooting the fly 2850km away in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Optical clarity with our patented photographic technique is so great that we can also reveal this next exclusive image taken of the surface of the 7th planet orbiting Alpha Centauri B. Alpha Centauri B is the smaller of the two major suns in the Alpha Centauri binary star system over 4 light years away in our own Milky Way galaxy. This image of the northern polar ice cap of this planet is so detailed you can see the drainage channels created by melting ice flowing into the valley towards the right of the MaxiCCD® image. All the Hubble Telescope can reveal of the Alpha Centauri binary star system is the two suns and one impossibly fuzzy planet or sun, but we can exclusively reveal to you that we have not only identified 16 planets orbiting Alpha Centauri A and 12 planets orbiting Alpha Centauri B, but we have imaged the surface of both planets in extremely high detail using an inexpensive off-the-shelf digital camera connected to our device. We have named this particular planet (shown below) Alpha Plutos, after our own beautiful distant planet Pluto. Pluto was unfortunately de-listed as a planet by the International Astronomical Union in 2006, so we've resurrected the little guy and propelled his name to the most important interplanetary find this century! The blue hue on the Alpha Plutos image below is caused by the refraction of nitrogen and hydrogen gas in the atmosphere of Alpha Plutos.

Only once in your lifetime will you see technology advance so much that it will blow away everything you've seen before. Only once in your life will you ever be this amazed at what you can see around you right from your very own back yard! We shot the next amazing image below from a suburban city back yard on a clear summer's night. The image shows two colliding galaxies 5.8 billion light years away in such detail that you can even see the streaks of hydrogen gas being emitted from the centre of each galaxy as unseen collision-gravity pushes the gas outwards and into the surrounding blackness of deep space...

Lonely as most people think we are on planet Earth - we can now exclusively reveal that we truly are not alone in the universe! We have photographed and have seen what are certainly road and transportation networks on Alpha Galaxos - the 9th planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A!

Since the dawn of time man has wondered about the universe. Our amazing MaxiCCD® imaging technology can not only answer that question and more, but YOU can find out for yourself without relying on anyone else by using our MaxiCCD® imaging technology in your own back yard at night!

Detailed CCD imaging will never get better than this.

A myth about new technology is that it is too expensive for the average person to use. So we've turned that in its head too! How? By reverse-engineering the purchase price of this product! We are so sure of our product that we will release the first unit at a price of only $1. Each subsequent purchase of the MaxiCCD® imaging technology will increase in price by $1. This is how it works: The first unit will sell for $1, the 10th for $10, the 100th for $100 and so on.

Yes, they will be released soon. So get down to your local camera shop and ask them about the MaxiCCD® imaging system by Photo Shop Australia and when they plan to stock it. At 135Gp (135 Giga-Pixels) the MaxiCCD® system will blow your world away!

Have a great APRIL FOOL's day!
(Read the first letter of each paragraph!!!)

http://www.photoshopaustralia.com/

How to organize and protect your photo collection

How to organize and protect your photo collection

Are you overwhelmed by your photographs? It is easy because landscapes are so familiar and accessible - they are all around us, and by now most of the obvious scenic views are catalogued tourist attractions with established viewpoints.

In addition, landscapes are pretty permanent; they don't move, and so all that is necessary is to get there with a camera. Finally, for the simplest shot, there are no extreme technical difficulties.

But despite this simplicity, there is an outstanding difference between the ordinary "postcard" views and the finest creative results of landscape photography. Many casually-conceived photographs of interesting views that stimulated the photographer turn out to be disappointing, failing to capture the essence of the scene.

This is precisely because landscapes are such familiar, accessible subjects. Many photographers do not put a great deal of effort into a shot, yet to lift a landscape photograph out of the ordinary requires considerable perception and technique.

The Science of Great Landscape Photography is a 216-page ebook in PDF format that educates you on the nuts and bolts of basic photography and provides sink-your-teeth-into-it information on how to take stunning landscape photographs.

Click here to view more details

Beginner Tips for Photographing a Wedding

Don't be left behind when you now have the opportunity to change your life and finally do something you love for a living...a real living!

Have you ever thought about becoming a wedding photographer full or part time? Microphotography is the realm of photography that uses a microscope or similar instrument to shoot images of extremely small subjects.

This shot of a face to face confrontation of a March Fly was taken using a hand-made super macro lens. The lens was made up by combining the high quality and high precision lenses from a pair of binoculars and a telescope!

Depth of field is extremely small at 2 to 5mm due to the magnification of the lens. To get a greater depth of field use the maximum aperture that your camera will allow.

Fortunately the fly in this image was inquisitive enough to hang around whilst the image was taken.

View more images like this, and download them for free at: PhotoShopAustralia

Ghostly Infrared Photography

PhotoShopAustralia

Looking like its come straight out of a spooky scene from some ghostly horror film this infrared photograph of the Old Lunatic Asylum, now the Fremantle Arts Centre in Western Australia could just as well have the image of a real ghost in it.

Ghost hunters will frequently use infrared film to attempt to capture other-worldy images for us to speculate over.

Take a close look at the infrared image of the Old Lunatic Asylum (Fremantle Arts Centre) and you may find at least one! There are dozens of gardens within the grounds that you can walk through and get ideas for your own garden at home.

Not as well known as the gardens themselves are the Historic Heated Walls around the original boundary of what was then known as the Colonial Gardens. Governor George Arthur in 1829 ordered construction of heated walls around the garden to protect plants that were susceptible to frost and to extend the growing season of fruit trees. Visit the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens.

If you're looking for ideas on what to shoot with your camera then try something similar to the amazing image taken here.

Download this and dozens of other amazing images for free at PhotoShopAustralia.

Earthquake in Los Angeles

PhotoShopAustralia

At 08:09:36PM 17th May 2009, local time in Los Angeles an initially assessed magnitude 4.7 earthquake struck. One of the most widely commercialised spheres is stock photography. Stock photos and images are used by graphic designers and artists, publishers and advertising agencies.

Purchasing stock photos and images is a far cheaper option than commissioning a photographer to create images for your use. However, the limitations are that you don't have any control over the final designed product.

Stock photography images can be purchased from a large number of agencies across the Internet. But it is still a fantastic realm of photography that you can experiment with.

Did you know that some digital cameras will pick up the infrared spectrum whilst others won't! How can you check this? It's easier than you might think!

Turn your digital camera on and view the LCD screen. Grab your TV remote control and point the LCD light end at the camera and press a button. If your camera shoots in the infrared spectrum you'll see the infrared light beam of the remote control show up as a blue light. I totally found this out a few years ago with an old FujiFilm S7000 digital camera. I did some research then found out more information on infrared photography and became more interested.

I purchased a Hoya R72 Infrared Filter and began to shoot away! I've take some amazing images in the infrared spectrum. The only downside is that to be able to take decent images the shutter speed has to be slowed down dramatically, and infrared photography can only be done in full daylight.
The result can be stunning long-exposure daytime images like the one here that I took at Minnawarra Park, Armadale, Western Australia.

Beautiful Walpole

PhotoShopAustralia

Australia has an amazing depth of landscapes across the vast continent. So bookmark my blog and check up on it every now and then as I plan to post many of my images on this blog.

Or visit my website at: Photo Shop Australia

A Few Macro Secrets

PhotoShopAustralia

The Australian Redback Spider is one of the most menacing spiders in the world! At least to many Australians anyway! People have become seriously ill from the bite of a Redback.

It's one thing to have a camera that has a lens that shoots good macro images, but how much farther can we push that? I have tried, and succeeded extremely successfully.

I pulled apart an old telescope and an old pair of binoculars and experimented with the lenses. I ended up combining the lenses of both into basically a super-strong magnifying lens!

I chose the telescope and binocular lenses because of the high-quality and extremely clear glass that each instrument holds.

Most basic cameras would be hard-pressed to produce a clear image such as the one above, but to get the detail that I have to such an extent that you can clearly see the eight eyes of the spider was a great moment for me! The second photo here is cut from the first one above at 100% view ratio.

I have many other shots like this which I plan to share with you over time.
